Ministry of the Culture of the Russian Federation, The Russian museum of ethnography, The Committee on culture of the government of St-Petersburg and "PAN-THEATER", from January 7th till 10th 2010 presented the eighth St-Petersburgs' gathering of the theaters "Christmas mystery".
Our grandfathers and grandmothers celebrated Christmastide differently then we do it now. The Christmastide was the great day and a big feast. Would you like to see how it was?
The Program of the eighth St-Peterburg's gathering of the theaters "Christmas mystery" will begin on the January 7th (below is the program for the first day):
January 7th
15.30 Concert of the St-Petersburg children choir of the television and radio
16.00 "Christmas story" show for children and adults. Performers are artists from the P. Ershov Theater (Tobolsk). Conductor - S. Radchenko
17.00 "Music of Christmas" is performed by children choir of the television and radio of St-Petersburg. Conductor - Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor S. Gribkov.
The closing of the fest will be held on January 10th . The artist conductor of the fest is V.G. Pushkariev. The entrance on the first day is free.
