Inauguration of the Friends' Club
On the 24th of April in Russian Museum of Ethnography there was held an official inauguration of Friend's Club and its first meeting.
Friend's Club of the Museum - is one of the customary line of development of museums around the world which aims to get all those who wish to take part in the museum's life and activity. From now on all the people or companies and enterprises can make a direct contribution according to the main programs of Museum development. Friends' club - is a union of those who are not indifferent to the Museum activity and who want to decide together all the main problems of the Museum.
An exhibition of damaged objects requiring restoration was opened that day in the Marble hall. The Director Mr. Vladimir Grusman and Museum's research workers made official speeches, and the official opening was finished with a defile of Tatiana Parfionova fashion house and a buffet prepared by Grand Hotel Europa.
At the first meeting of Friend's Club we had the honor to congratulate our first members. Golden Cards of Membership were delivered to:.
